Joshua M. Bryan is an associate with Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally LLP in its Real Estate Homebuilder and Insurance Litigation practice groups. 

Prior to joining the firm, Joshua represented individuals, businesses and public entities in civil cases throughout the Bay Area.  His litigation experience includes but is not limited to public entity law, general negligence, product liability, premises liability and breach of contract.  Joshua possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Civil Discovery Act and has substantial dispositive motion experience.

Joshua holds a B.A. degree in Law and Society from the University of California , Santa Barbara .  He graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2002.  During law school, Joshua was on the Dean’s List and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Administrative Law.  Joshua is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys composing electronic music, playing basketball, swimming, scuba diving, visiting the beach and watching films.
