Tali Buchman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the

Berkeley
in 1992. In 1997, Ms. Buchman earned her Juris Doctor degree from the
University

San Francisco
, where she served as a founding member and editor of the Journal of Law and Social Challenges. Ms. Buchman was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1997 and admitted to the United States District Court in the Northern and Central Districts of California. Ms. Buchman is also a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Women’s Section of the Contra Costa Bar Association.
