Steven Willock is a corporate and real estate transactional associate.  His practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, trademark rights and registration, corporate formations, financing, acquisitions, and dissolutions, negotiating commercial disputes, estate planning, and the administration of decedents’ estates.

Mr. Willock received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California , San Diego , graduating Summa Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California , Davis , where he served as a member of the Law Review.

Prior to joining Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally LLP, Mr. Willock was associated with the law firm of Gilliss Valla & Dalsin, LLP, in Lafayette , California , where he served as the firm's Senior Associate.

Mr. Willock is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California , and of the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Willock is also a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California.

Mr. Willock resides in Concord with his wife and son.
