Kyle Kunst

Kyle Kunst is a litigation associate at Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally. Kyle’s practice emphasizes Labor & Employment litigation, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation.

Kyle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.  He graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2011, where he was an executive member of the New York Law School Moot Court team.  In that position, he co-authored the fact pattern for the 2011 Wagner Moot Court Competition, the largest Labor and Employment Law competition in the United States.  Prior to graduating, Kyle was a representative for a nonprofit corporation, and represented over thirty individuals before the New York State Department of Labor. After being admitted to that nonprofit’s Board of Directors, Kyle became responsible for overseeing the training all representatives throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally, LLP, Kyle worked for the National Labor Relations Board in Brooklyn, New York and an employment law firm in Manhattan.
