About Me

Andy Sarkar is a transactional law associate at Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally (“GPS&L”). Andy’s practice emphasizes commercial leasing, real estate purchase and sales, trademark registration, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate and business law, taxation, and estate planning.

Andy has drafted numerous documents including, but not limited to, purchase and sales contracts, CC&Rs, corporate bylaws, LLC Operating Agreements, employment agreements, stock option agreements, commercial leases, wills, trust documents, and a variety of business agreements. Andy believes that clear and responsive communication is the key to achieving the best results for clients.

Andy received his B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and his Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School. Prior to working at GPS&L, Andy worked in Los Anglees at a real estate law firm and then at a hedge fund.
