Phil Greenan

Philip Greenan is a 2010 graduate of Brigham Young University. He received his JD from Golden Gate University in 2013 where he excelled in trial advocacy. He was admitted to the California Bar in December of 2013. Prior to graduation from college Philip spent two year doing humanitarian service in Mexico City, where he became fluent in Spanish. He is a member of the Labor and Employment section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association. He is also currently serving as a board member for the J. Ruben Clark Law Society. Since beginning practice as an associate at Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally, LLP he has worked on a wide variety of civil litigation, including breach of contract, defamation and employment discrimination and harassment claims. He has prepared and responded to discovery, taken depositions, prepared and argued motions and participated in mediations and was the second chair in a multi-day commercial arbitration before a retired judicial officer.

Philip majored in history and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honors Society and served as an editor of the History Department’s journal, the Thetean. He graduated on the Dean’s list at Golden Gate University Law school.
