About Me

Spencer is an experienced civil litigator specializing in real estate, construction, insurance coverage, employment, and complex corporate litigation. With a focus on providing practical solutions, he helps his clients navigate the complexities litigation presents. 

He has provided comprehensive counsel to insurers, insureds, home builders, home owners, and business owners in a wide spectrum of cases, helping each to achieve favorable results. 

Spencer earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he received the Lloyd Tevis Award for outstanding achievement in the commercial law curriculum. Before that, he received two Bachelor of Science Degrees from the University of Oregon.
