About Me

Mr. Ishibashi began his professional career as a tax accountant with Arthur Young and became a certified public accountant in 1988. With an advanced degree in taxation and several years of serving the corporate securities needs of his clients, Mr. Ishibashi is well prepared to solve both the simple and complex legal and business issues of his clients in an efficient and timely manner.

Mr. Ishibashi is also an estate planner and regularly appears before the probate courts on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Mr. Ishibashi frequently addresses licensing, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property issues for his franchising, software and electronic commerce clients. He is part of the total solution that Greenan, Peffer, Sallander and Lally LLP provides to its clients.

Mr. Ishibashi is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A., 1981), Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 1984), and Golden Gate University (LL.M., Taxation, 1990). He became a certified public accountant in California in 1987, but is currently an inactive licensee. When not serving the needs of his clients, he is an active member of the Alameda community.
